Exhibitors are responsible for their personal belongings and are therefore reminded to safeguard these at all times during and after the exhibition.  FICCI assumes no responsibility for any personal belongings in the event of loss or damage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration:

1. All exhibitors must submit their passport size photographs maximum one month before the event for the entry badges. No entry will be allowed without photograph. No new registration/change of name will be possible at the exhibition venue.
2. Only 3 representatives per booth (i.e. as per booth size booked) are allowed in the exhibition. This is applicable to both Partners and Exhibitors. No requests for additional entry will be entertained.
3. The booth fascia (company name) must be exactly the same as the company name listed on the b2b profile on the website.
4. Sellers constructing their own space must display the booth number assigned by the organizers.
5. All foreign buyers will only be able to locate your booth based on your company name given in the b2b profile and booth number as this information is printed on the buyer’s b2b appointment card.

 B2B Meetings:

1. One username and password will be allotted per company. A company may have a maximum of 2 usernames and passwords only if they have purchased 2 or more than 2 booths. This is applicable to both Partners and Exhibitors.
2. Please note that every Indian exhibitor will be given OTB ‘22 numbered stickers and will be required to put their signatures on the stickers and place it at the designated slot on the FTO B2B meeting card. 
3. Every exhibitor has to complete the B2B meeting card for day 1 and day 2, collect the signature from the foreign buyer and submit it at the B2B meeting counters at the end of each day.

 FTO invitations:

OTB has always offered to host the FTOs who the exhibitors would like to invite. Please definitely submit 10 names of foreign buyers with their complete contact details for invitation as hosted buyer for OTB. These names must be submitted within 2 weeks of booking your booth.

Note: The foreign buyers will be invited to OTB‘22 subject to approval of their names by the Foreign Buyer Committee for the Odisha Travel Bazaar and the availability of the hosted hospitality package at that time. If the FTO hosted quota is full at the time of receipt of the FTO names, we will keep the invitations on hold. No foreign representative of an Indian company will be eligible as a buyer.
