The Department of Tourism, Government of Odisha and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) are organizing the 4th Odisha Travel Bazaar (OTB) on October 28 - 30, 2022 at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha. 

India’s best kept secret, Odisha is rapidly becoming a preferred tourist destination in India with its various tourist attractions ranging from national parks, pristine and clean beaches, heritage monuments, wildlife, Tribal culture, Art & Handicrafts and much more.

The objective of Odisha Travel Bazaar is to promote Odisha to both Domestic and Foreign Tourists. Therefore, the event will focus on B2B meetings between Tourism Fraternity of Odisha (Sellers) with Domestic Tour Operators (DTOs) and Foreign Tour Operators (FTOs) followed by post fam tour to the various tourism destinations of Odisha.  

Highlights:

  • Buyers: Domestic Tour Operators (DTOs) and Foreign Tour Operators (FTOs)
  • Sellers: Tourism fraternity of Odisha
  • Exhibition: Sellers to exhibit their products over a 3-day exhibition at OTB.
  • Structured and pre-scheduled B2B meetings between Sellers and Buyers over 3 days
  • Post event FAM tour of the Buyers to various destinations to promote Odisha Tourism.  

Objectives

  • Create a platform to aggressively promote the tourist destinations of Odisha to domestic buyers from India. Consequently the strategic focus would be to improve Domestic Tourism

  • Quantum benefit, mileage and this would in turn immensely benefit the Tourism Fraternity of the State in substantially augmenting their opportunities with respect to Domestic Tourism
